Practicalities

• If you want to arrange counselling or find out more please feel free to contact me for an informal discussion.

• Our first meeting is free and without any obligation. We can begin to see whether counselling is right for you at this time

• Sessions are conducted by appointment at premises in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. It may be possible to visit clients who have mobility problems.

• I see clients for one hour sessions, usually once a week. There is no limit to the number of sessions, but regular reviews ensure progress is being made. Clients may end counselling at any time.

• I charge £35 per session for individuals, £40 per session for couples.
